CINCINNATI, OH July 13, 2026 – Careology, the category leading digital cancer care company, and Oncology Hematology Care (OHC), a member of The US Oncology Network today announced a strategic partnership to deploy and evaluate AI-powered remote patient monitoring for patients receiving CAR-T cell therapy and bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) immunotherapy.
The collaboration will initially focus on patients treated at OHC’s dedicated blood cancer center and is designed to establish a scalable model for remote monitoring of this unique population. By combining Careology’s digital care platform with OHC’s expertise in cellular therapies, the organizations aim to improve patient outcomes, support care teams, and enable safer delivery of high-acuity cancer care outside the hospital.
Patients receiving CAR-T and BiTE therapies require intensive monitoring due to the risk of serious complications, including cytokine release syndrome (CRS), infection, and neurological toxicities. While these treatments are increasingly being delivered in outpatient settings, healthcare providers continue to face challenges in monitoring patients between visits and identifying early signs of deterioration before they require emergency intervention.
Through the partnership, OHC clinicians will be able to monitor patients remotely using Careology’s platform, which combines electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs), continuous temperature monitoring via TempTraq wearable patches, and digital collection of vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation. Clinical teams will have access to Careology’s platform that highlights patients requiring attention, enabling earlier intervention when concerning symptoms emerge.

The initial phase will focus on CAR-T and BiTE patients and evaluate patient engagement, clinical intervention rates, workflow integration, reimbursement performance, and patient outcomes. OHC will also serve as a strategic innovation partner, contributing clinical and operational expertise to help develop new models of care for patients receiving innovative cancer therapies in community oncology settings.
